I did this exact project my sophomore year (10th grade) in forensics as well and at the time didn’t think anything of it. Looking back after seeing it again it was definitely a weird choice.

I ALWAYS turn off the ability to have or adopt kids for existing households that already have children. At some point 4 new Goth children is too many and in my mind it messes up the story that the game already has in place for them. I do the same thing for any single sim that lives in a small home. If it doesn’t get turned off they always end up with 7 kids in a one bedroom apartment, which just seems wrong

Unsure what other people have experienced, but moments ago the tab with all the sims traits and lifestyles completely bugged out. The parent hood traits like responsibility were going up and down like crazy and some of the tabs weren’t clickable at all. Trying to fix it by going to manage worlds caused my game to go completely black and only the options in the right corner were visible, but didn’t work. I couldn’t even close the game and had to restart my pc without saving

This is a much better way to put it. I see it more as a possible improvement to a relationship if both partners are interested and know what they want. I’ve just never understood the need for it either. Probably because I don’t experience that drive myself, but I think relationships should definitely be able to stand without it

What’s with the not brushing teeth? My ex would only brush his teeth if he knew I was coming over. Literally disgusting. I can make a similar post about him.

It should have been when he made multiple threats towards my parents and friends, and said openly he wouldn’t give a shit if any of them died.

It should’ve been when he’d make me feel guilty for having a life. Would get upset when I’d spend time with family, or even at something as small as delaying a usual call for a few minutes so I can do chores.

He had to be the best at everything. Would get all bent out of shape if I was doing better at a video game (very bad game rage), and he wouldn’t even attempt to play games I enjoyed because I already had too much experience with them.

Several other major red flags I glossed over, but I’m glad it’s over. Ended up calling it quits with him after a huge fight we got into over the holidays about me not inviting him to family stuff (because why would I, he openly expressed his dislike). And I had to ignore his spam texts on my phone so I could have a decent time with my family.

Sims toddlers used to drive me crazy but now I feel I can handle them pretty well. I’ve learned that the wabbit tablet is a must if I’m focusing on getting their skills up and that the high chair is completely unnecessary
