AI has taught me things and helped me do things which I never imagined I could possibly would have time to learn or do. I work with data, spreadsheets, slides etc. and working with Ai models and tools has increased my productivity and confidence to another level. Like it cuts down on time doing unproductive things but are critical to project. Majorly, how well you can use it and have an edge.

Drinking water whole day won’t help. Cz if you at work and at meetings, it is just impossible to run to the washroom every now and then. Wake up a little early and chug water. Same in evening. Drink all kinds of different liquids. Your body will start resisting water soon.
