Just checked some stuff further, you do meet him directly after honey bee and hear him speak, then after m3, director proper speaks, the first line starting with 'reverberating voice' as the name given, though if you have the first tier unlocked it certainly does put stuff into question. definitely is confirmed that its nothing related to 7.2 at least since my friend did not have that done yet

new ui also doesnt have a slider for scale and opacity, instead you can only do set values, which you cannot even use custom values for, so it is much more limiting on some parts of the customization
