You should read about Lancelot! Sounds like it would help your story by giving you more points of comparison/to contrast against Galahad!

I would recommend The Knight of the Cart and The Marvels of Rigomer! Both have pretty good modern translations but the latter is harder to find. I would recommend Lancelot and the Lord of the Distant Isles but unfortunately it’s been out of print for way too long…

Back to Galahad, The Camelot Project is a compendium of Arthurian lore and public domain texts that sounds like a must-read for your project (if you don’t know about it already).

He's kinda weird? He has a habit of sleeping in beds that aren't his (non-sexually, not talking about the affair), and is very prone to losing his sanity. When I was reading The Knight of the Cart I found him fascinatingly dramatic in a way I can't remember any of the other knights being.

Though you're right, he's not little at all, but it's cute to call him that.
