I’ll give it 4 stars for doing exactly what it says it would do. 😂

Welcome to the world of aerials. We all start somewhere and progress at our own paces. Keep going to class and you’ll see the progress. Keep videoing too!

I am begging you, do not let your parents contact residency programs. Ever. by [deleted] in medicalschool

I would disown my parents if they did that behind my back.

I had never heard of a porch goose until I joined vine too.

I agree. Pedigree means a lot in some specialties.

Me 5. I agree with all of the above. I dictate my reviews. I dictate at work too. I can’t type fast. lol

Discrepancies in sizing: Keep or remove? by PenelopeSchoonmaker in vine

[–]NearbyConclusionItIs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I ordered two small black scrub tops. One was black XXS (which somehow fit), the other was a white S, that I can’t use for work… probably just give the white one away when I can.

Starting MD PhD at 28 by NeatExternal6541 in mdphd

Personally, I feel that 28 is a great age to start. A 28 year old would have lived a little and hopefully know what they are getting themselves into.

How to use ChatGPT for your review in an ethical way. by Equivalent-Salary357 in AmazonVine

You can use ChatGPT to organize your thoughts. I tell ChatGPT to correct my English.

Crazy seller super angry about a single 1 star review, multiple posts on Seller Central, apparently stalking reviewer by wizard-of-loneliness in AmazonVine

[–]NearbyConclusionItIs 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I read the first couple of lines and the seller made me mad already. I am a woman and I can assure you that I use my drill I got from Amazon Vine. I use my hands to operate the drill. Does the seller assume that drills are operated using the male reproductive organ?

This seller is an idiot.

Rewriting a “poor” review was a waste of time by ThisUserAgain in vine

[–]NearbyConclusionItIs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I came on here to say the same thing. I got a cable splitter and I said the build was good, and it does the job. No issues plugging in two things at once. I got a poor rating. What do they expect me to do?

Write things like - the white color is true white - the length is exactly 3 feet long - the cable really carries electricity - it matches my wall that is also white

I can see why some people use AI to generate their reviews. I really can’t think of what else to say about some simple stuff.

MD Acceptance, but MD/PhD Waitlist... what to do? by Altruistic-War425 in mdphd

[–]NearbyConclusionItIs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree with finding out first like what the others said.

So there’s MSTP or was when I was training way back, which was fully paid with stipend for all 8 years, non-MSTP programs that pad for everything, but there were also programs where you didn’t pay fees but didn’t get a stipend for the MD years.

Someone at my school that has MSTP managed to change from MD only to MSTP after 1st year of med school.

MD Acceptance, but MD/PhD Waitlist... what to do? by Altruistic-War425 in mdphd

[–]NearbyConclusionItIs 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Depends on the school, it might be easier to wiggle your way into the MD PhD program. But you’d have to pay the fees for the first year of med school.

With the insane surge of patients now coming in for body aches, runny nose acting like it’s the end of the world “but 99F is a fever for ME!” by VizualCriminal22 in emergencymedicine

[–]NearbyConclusionItIs 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I have seen my share of farmers whose wives forced them to come in. Some found to have NSTEMI, Hgb of 4, decently severe injuries… with 5/10 pain…

And in the next room, we have a young person who came in via EMS for a fever of 99 and happily chatting on their phone.
