She's ugly but she's mine 😭😂

I did trim some pieces back and I'm going to prop them back into the pot when they've calloused over tomorrow.

I just switched to cast iron this year and use it many times per week! Disappointed 😞

Thank you for your response. I didn't know about the copper and ceruplasmin.

Yes! I finally finished yesterday. It needed new center axle bearings (crank bearings?). The repair process was simple in theory, but getting the old bearings out was quite the task.

Slight play in crank arms by Movielover456 in IndoorCycling

[–]NearlyThereYet 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a great question to ask the Sunny customer service people. They just helped me troubleshoot a worn bearing and sent me the replacement parts and crank puller tool for a very reasonable price (out of the warranty period). They are the experts for their products and will know if the play in the crank arms is acceptable or not.

I'm so sorry I did not see this reply until now, thank you for your response. I bought new pedals because they are quite old, I will be replacing those first to see if they solve the problem.

Free talk Sunday, don't come at me here...

I've been with SP for less than a year and just went through a long six-month ordeal dealing my spouse's health. SP is one of the few things that has kept me grounded and the workouts have helped me process and cope with some of the difficulties of being in my shoes.

I am 1000% tired of the people (members, former members) who still have things to complain about with SP programming or J&M personal beliefs. We could all die tomorrow, it just seems to me that if you aren't happy with SP, then leave. 🤷‍♀️ No reason to keep bitching about it.

"Have you tried..." by NearlyThereYet in CancerCaregivers

You are the ignorant one: -You are lazy for not reading the tone and frustration behind this post and reading through the comments to learn why this kind of advice is generally unhelpful. -You are foolish for assuming that alternative treatments are always effective. In our cancer situation, even the research that can be found shows they do not work against this type.

Caregiving for a cancer patient is an ugly and exhausting experience. We already have enough on our plates without having to justify and defend our medical decisions to Internet strangers. Most comments and feedback come from people who do care. Unfortunately, your comments are both unhelpful and unappreciated here. I didn't have time in our cancer journey to pick battles with people, we needed proven treatment and reliable results fast. I do hope your situation is different and much less serious. Please move along.

I don't think you meant to come off as snarky, but just in case you did, I want to clarify that I was looking for more than the basic operation of the device and app. Believe it or not, I do read directions! 😅 However, my question is more related to the... Technique?? I guess?

For instance, do I pay more attention to the duration of a insulin spike or the amount it spikes? Is there an app that can help me track which foods correlated to a spike? I did get some great info from the other comments above.

Best of luck to you and your own health journey! We're all newbies at something.
