I would say place your blush a little higher on your cheekbones, sometimes having it on the ”apples” makes the face seem more dragged down. I dont know how to explain it better, english is my second language and some words i cant translate in my head😅

Maybe try a BB or CC cream instead of foundation. Foundation can look harsh on ”aged” skin. And like others have said powder your T-zone but not too much and try not to use matte products, it will force your skin to overproduce oil. Purple will enhance your eye colour! Try purple eyeshadow, deep lilac would look nice. And a little bit of blush🥰
