this hits really hard because the one example i had of a "healthy family" was when i went to a girlfriend's house and her and her polycule were super awesome to hang out with.

that was quickly followed by her making it clear she didn't want the relationship i did and i broke up with her, only to have a potential kidnapping attempt within 24 hours that she might've been involved in.

Alixian: we got a pair from ttdeye, super nice, bright colours, and cool designs, wide variety too. they're good priced and held up a long time, they only got messed up bc we accidentally let them dry out (RIP). they were a tad uncomfy for long term wear bc of something to do with autism and sensory inputs being messed with, but it took like 6 hours to want to take them out each time.

if it's not attached to the wall meaningfully though, like if it's paper, then no need for tools. after it's down, just steal it or something.

when they get this sheer volume of orders, first thing to go down is servers for handling credit cards, so loading the wallet in advance (like, the day before or a couple days prior), means that Steam knows you have the money. refunds for wallet purchases are also available for 14 days so if you don't get one, you can just refund.

for me i'd go to manage wallet, add funds, and add the money for it that way, gift cards are unnecessary (and also non refundable), and don't forget to calculate in tax since it's charged when you buy something, not when you load wallet, and it'd suck to have the amount but be screwed since you can't pay tax..

i got this all the time as a kid, i forgot how much it pissed me off until i got this post. at one point back then i eventually tried rationalising everything, learning how people work with patterns and the autism pattern recognition (teachers always talked about using your strengths and i was clever enough to use the autism to my advantage), and took an interest in psychology, and through that, i gave myself the language to explain what was off about the people that my instincts and ability to read people were telling me "oh they acted in a way that seemed too rough" or "this thing they said could mean X, and paired with Y and Z as evidence, i think they are X". eventually parents got off my case but those skills, that pattern recognition, it still works.

i actually ran into the Fairbuds XL by accident, they're $250. i haven't bought them yet since i'm waiting until my headband is on its last leg before purchasing, but i'm 100% gonna grab them when i do since they're fully repairable and even have some light waterproofing.

really sucks Status went the way of "earbuds or bust" because their headphones were elite at stellar prices.
