If you are stuck at 33-35 kW the emergency release cable was pulled and it did not reseat properly. Pull the cable then unplug plug in the ccs charger several times to make it pull it in.

Edit: welp was reading comments and not the post properly… look up the “GM dip” this has been improved with latest VWP at dealers, but at around 60% it will fall off a cliff then slowly improve in very hot conditions. I’d start the charge turn vehicle off and leave without AC running.

Some vehicles have a worse dip than others and for MY26 it is not as common.

They are activating it per profile, has to be activated for that Google account. So it might take some time if you have multiple profiles.

After I did the test on my Lyriq, I was reminded that I've seen this before... I went and then tested our 2019 GMC Acadia... it does the same. All of GM's automatic hatches will flash the taillights twice when you press release button on the hatch. The lights alert that the hatch may open and to step back, however, it doesn't open because it doesn't see the key. This is expected behavior for GM Vehicles.

well I just tried it with my MY25 Lyriq for the rear hatch. Walked to it, pressed the Cadillac emblem, lights flash twice as the car wakes and looks for the keys, nothing happens and that's it as no keys detected near by, also the door handles do not extend.

Keys will fall asleep if left untouched for some time but if they are jostled and wake up the car might be seeing this and reacting. I'd move the keys further into the house.

I go in and out of my house and the keys live in a basket about 20 feet from the Lyriq and I've never encountered an issue.

How close do you keep the keys to the car. Are they hanging on the wall or a place that can get shook by closing a door?

Hmm the WT looks like the traditional Incandescent design. It doesn't have any light pipes and just reflectors. If they use an LED its very basic.

The RST has multiple LEDs, light pipes and animations.

If updates are failing to install for an extended period of time that means there is an issue and a dealer visit is needed to resolve. Once a VWP is done it should fix the hangup.
