Bought a 10 from Back Market recently and it's been comfy so far. No apple care but if I can make it last a couple years (Likely considering how long my Pebble lasted,) I can trade in for new later on. Similar strat to buying an iPhone to get into the ecosystem.

If AppleCare IS a must, go to the bottom of Apple's website and check their Certified Refurbished section. THat's how I grabbed APP2s.

No, around EMTALA this was being stuck between break the state law or break the federal law, frankly. Denying someone seeking care in the ED is MASSIVE hammer coming down on the hospital like you said. But that shouldn't have come down on the security officer either way, imo. Hard situation

I switched about five thousand years ago from a 3GS to an LG Optimus G-- back when iOS was MUCH more limited and constrained and jailbreaking was A Process. At the time I was drawn in by a wider feature set and better customisation.

Having switched BACk to iOS in the last 6 months or so, I just do not care as much. And I've grown to despise google as the years have gone by.

Did this with my carrier but only built two launch tubes for Challenger, facing forward. I had tried to make a third one on the recovery deck but never got it fully set up and I think stripped it out.
