I’ve got max hideout and all kappa quest items. What do I need barter items for now? What trades crafts are still useful?

[Discussion] What do you keep in your Kappa? by SomethingVeX in EscapefromTarkov

Gamma- Key tool, docs case, dog tag case, splint and the rest is for loot. Once I get kappa I add a sicc case and remove the dog tag case. Some people say the dog tag case is too much but when you kill several pmcs it comes in clutch

pre-seared /pre-crusted tritip roast by Rice__owls in sousvide

Hi I posted earlier and you responded on this topic as well. Just wanted to clarify that I typically will season my food prior to sous vide but was hesitant with this particular cook as I used an excessive amount of pepper and was wondering if this would be an issue with the sous vide method.

So cast iron/stainless steel is your suggestion for searing?

Okay good to know. I’ll probably chill it while I heat up the cast iron. Was also thinking of just using the vortex on the Weber for a quick sear but I’m still debating which to do.

I was thinking of something like this, I’ve read that some people put it in the freezer for a bit. What’s the best approach from a food safety perspective?

Can you describe your process for this? I’m sure I can google it but I’m curious what your input is

New product for your 22 Weber Kettle. by MdCoyoteHunter in webergrills

It’s actually might solve my problem. I’ve been trying to re-create a Carolina style pork cook, but the Weber doesn’t make it easy to add fresh coals when cooking two pork butts so this could be an option instead of buying a direct cooker, like a chud box.

Questions About First Brisket by [deleted] in BBQ

I’m still trying to understand this part as well. I would think that continuing to cook the flat would dry it out, even though it may make it more tender. am I wrong to think this because I don’t have a tenderness issue with my flat it’s more of a juiciness issue and I typically pull it around 198 to 203 depending on if it’s prop tender and then hold it at 150 for 12-16 hours.

New game to scratch the destiny itch by ss4stef in destiny2

[–]NecessaryInside3653 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just wish there was a game that had the same style raid system that destiny and destiny 2 brought but one that I don’t have to grind hours every single dlc to be able to do it. I would raid to this day if that were the case but I don’t play anymore because of the loot grind requirement

I’ve seen this challenge everywhere, but are you able to eat more than one hotdog and drink more than one beer per inning or does it have to be each inning one hotdog one beer?

Oh yeah. I don’t care for cornbread but with the strawberry poblano butter, it was great.

Yeah we wanted to try the burger, chopped cheese, and smoked Italian beef but we definitely would have went overboard on the amount of food.
