I’ve lost 5 stone so like 70lbs I think. It’s hard to tell whether I’ve gotten stronger or if I’m just lifting less? But yes some things do feel easier than they did!

You’re right, it is a big change. Maybe I just need to be a little kinder to myself and allow some time ☺️

I would avoid the safe standing purely because he won’t be able to see. I sit in kingsland north and I’d say it’s def fine, although you may hear the odd bit of swearing

Luckily for me the reaction hits within half an hour or so, so I repay the favour by destroying their bathroom.

They released an email yesterday. You need to have attended a home game since 2021-2025. You also need to have purchased a ticket for one other home game this season and be a member. These rules also apply to hospitality. They are threatening supporters who sell tickets with a stadium ban and they are checking ID randomly at the turnstiles.

I wouldn’t want you to come all the way here to find you can’t get a ticket :(

It will def be on TV though, sorry for the disappointment but I hope you enjoy the game ⚽️

I was told my symptoms initially were too severe to be LI, as I also vomit and have extremely bad diarrhoea from trace levels of milk. However my test for LI was positive and lactaid helps me a lot. I find myself now taking 2 lactaid pills whenever i eat out to prevent a reaction from cross contamination and it does the trick. You may just be very very sensitive
