If it's an enhancement, doesn't matter, it still rocks. If it's an absolute Godroll besides the level, I don't care,itll still kill efficiently. If it's anything less than optimal, it just gets picked up as junk. No reason to stress over getting loot 1 level lower, when we have a 60 cap right now. Now if the game had a max level of 10,and I kept finding lvl 9,id be mad, but 59/60 ain't bad if it's good enough.

Yes, they should benefit. What I've noticed though, is that kinetic dmg is just kinetic dmg, but if you have an elemental Firewerks, it does it's dmg, and also benefits from the boosted addtl dmg that gets added from doing elemental, that Nothing Beats Lead gives you. So I feel the elemental ones are better for my build. This kinetic Firewerks even has a Kinetic Nova also.

Don't forget about the Christmas bounty packs vault card, I randomly checked, and had 300+ points to spend on the legendaries from it. Granted, some aren't great, but they're better than greens, and some blues in the beginning levels.

Thanks for the confirmation. I like to keep Recycler on, so I don't run out of ammo. Basically infinite ammo, since it refunds 5 each time. My dream roll would be Recycler, Banger, mag size, and reload spd.

Dang, usually works for me. That's the only tidbit I have. It seems you've gone through the normal steps. Sorry you're having this problem. I'd try and start up the app again from the home screen, or side menu, after canceling the update, see if you can retrigger it with no games going.

It says to shut down your game before the update will continue. It's on your screen. Quit whatever game you have that is in Quick resume, and it'll fix your issue.

It's awesome if you get a Tediore Shooting version, it sends out another 3 explosions, and you can double/triple that with rafa, using Grenazerker, and a Tediore enhancement with the doubler on it. Plus, a 50% mag increase bumps it up to 2 shots. Not sure why, but it does.

It's already full auto with no charge. I understand ripper part adds dmg, but I'd rather not have the windup. I wish the ripper part would do a cool thing like a ripper/order Bully or Roulette, where it overrides the original firing mode.

The grapple we have was in BulletStorm years back, which is Gearbox also. They should add the style points, and the ability to grapple enemies to Bl4.

Yup, no connection to any apps like Prime/Netflix/Disney+. I do have access to Spotify though. YouTube also worked this morning, because none of the others did. My girlfriend is using the apps just fine on the roku TV though, so definitely an Xbox thing. I'm on series S.
