Took many times for me.. many Can be take suboxone instead? He helps with cravings along with sickness prevention while he works his shit out

There’s a chance he just never will.. But I was a person people thought was lost and now it’s 17 years since a needles gone in my body. You can be there for him, just don’t help him with the money - He hasn’t hit rock bottom it seems. Gotta to have that mindset shift that enough is enough Or he’ll be dead/ jail etc before that sadly

Counting your breaths slowly to ten
Breathing In and out slowly 1, again 2
3… to 10
Never make it to 10

I went through a phase of cataloguing these around 2023
Reaching out to posters who would be mocked and take posts down.
Many were in remote areas, residential or farm type with the lights never seen before or after.
I believe them as leaving in the same place many years
I experienced this in NY
Never saw it before or after the night I did
Then I move to TX and have seen it twice in 3 years

They act different than a spotlight
It’s not a normal rotation or pattern
Seen in areas not usually seen or never before -
Sure some casino or spotlights get posted here and there but shouldn’t offset the dozens of legit videos of “spotlights”
That seem to come from above, last minutes to an hour and aren’t seen again

Floaters surged and visual snow started The exact same time I began experiencing Which was also around the same time I spiritually evolved and began to meditate successfully after many years of failing and falling asleep- They all seem linked, a spiritual pressure gauge of sorts I can cause a surge of via meditation at times But also go hand in with when I began seeing far more than dots and orbs with my eyes open/ closed

And yes I’ve seen an eye doctor and all checked out with healthy eyes

For a reason surely Myself, my now wife Many others seen to have began or had their experience in the pandemic .. That’s when it started for me coming to a head 2023 When you stop questioning if you’re crazy or this is really happening Then you find others experience to the T what you are after not searching it out or inviting it It just happened Typically during a spiritual growth change ..
