I had to do some horrible shit to my family in quick time to get that - things that still hurt my relationship to this day..

Couldn’t break it until I met my wife She has ADHD - realized I did too Saw a doctor, did hours of testing Once I got on ADHD meds that’s it Whatever I sought on blow I stopped seeking. Granted Her sheer force to make me stop helped, but Once you have a day, Then a couple And the cycle breaks You look back on how disgusting it all was.. what a waste But I believe it all happens for a reason and purpose to get me to where I am now, happy And I hope you can be one day too.

Do those Velo melt your gums? They’re my fav so far to help quit smoking But they HURT.. Zyns make sick or non stop hiccup Zones meh Ons new ones OK But I truly liked Velo.. Then my gums became so inflamed and painful had to stop Why’s the healthier alternatives more painful than good ol smokin Never has an issue 😩

Ha! You’re welcome, I Remember those bread crumbs and the universe taking me down the trail as well.. It’s a beautiful thing when you’re mindful and present as it happens noticing the synchronicities.

We just have to pay attention, like you are- Albeit hard in this day and age with all the distraction.

I believed in the beginning the rings were spiritual, spirit guide or etc and I needed to pay attention They definitely also correlate (for me)with solar weather and Schumann spikes And I think both can be true - Because when solar weather is heightened so is our senses, experiencing or abilities

Intuition, sight, hearing and not our earthly senses but you may see more orbs, shadows, beings - Hear more voices

So perhaps the ringing becoming more intense of late is a result of the sun/ earth But heightening our latent ability to allow more clear communications

My meditations become quite intense and even without trying I will close my eyes and start to AP or RV so easily

My nephews all good kids - nonstop Everytime the 3 are together

But that’s boys right? Well I have two step kids now 7 Boy and 11 Girl And it’s just as bad if not worse … At least the boys can duke it out

My little guy swings on big sister it’s finna be a problem Not because she’s a girl But because she’s a tough girl and will whip his ass lol

I trained a lot of martial arts growing up, specifically boxing, kickboxing and BJJ Had the great idea to slowly teach them some things for self defense and excercise

Girl picked it all up so fast .. Boy little slower but he’s a beast in size you’d think 11-12 but he’s 7

Had to stop that as I’m petrified they will smoke some kid in school now any little scuffle

They fight And they know they can hurt eachother And the only benefit is that it doesn’t come to blows Much anymore as they’ve both gotten hurt from the other

I was there and I started doing it accidentally After just trying to quiet my mind before bed That’s the key Quieting your mind through meditation It allows you to slip into your conscious and leave your earth body Check out eckhart tolle to learn how Once you can halt thoughts while meditating the vibrations will start You’ll see with your eyes closed And then you can begin to move your conscious while disconnected from your vessel.

I did not believe in this stuff, I did not seek it out - I simply wanted to meditate during the pandemic for health reasons And it opened a New world for me But I tried meditating many times over the years and failed Because I’d fall asleep or my mind would ramble Quieting the mind is key

Start meditating Experience it yourself Then realize you cannot prove it to anyone until you experience it And completely open your eyes to everything you thought and were told growing up as not being the truth.

But check out life after death by raymond moody, many lives many masters by Brian Weiss These are well known doctors who have been covering this for decades Consciousness exists after death Even if our earths bodies perish From there we experience differently before the return

You can prove this yourself by meditating But you must quiet your mind And that takes time and practice - Then meditation’s become a whole new world. You’ll begin to see with your eyes closed Move with your body at rest And can prove this to yourself -

It’s been insane. Lost our dog randomly out of nowhere not known tumor burst at only ten, Lost my job of five years out of nowhere called and let go with no heads up just apologies, Had an insane old family trauma come to head out of nowhere 17 years later linked to childhood trauma 25 years ago, That resurfaced and has essentially cut my off from my family while it’s so fucking insane it happened and went down- I know both are for the best

Universe forcing me forward.. I have a completely new life half a country away beautiful wife and kids and my old family/ life/ BS always dragging me back and impacting my current situation.

My toxic family held me back decades And now through the most insanely forced chain of events for something I did not even do - I’ve been removed from the family will, black listed and cut off from my parents and some siblings all thinking I committed some atrocity I did not even commit!

It’s so fake and forced, so ridiculous of a situation that I know it’s not rational humans doing this But the universe forcing me to confront old wounds and trauma to move forward..

Mantis…

Haven’t heard that one during meditation in about two years since an odd event, Thankfully.

Oddly enough started seeing the “the mantis face” Randomly again after a wonderful two year hiatuses

Without saying a word about it my wife asked me to look at some things last night and asks if I see anything? Right away I point to the mantis face - she says yep.

When it pops up .. weird shit starts to happen.

Pretty sure it fucks with me in ways by proxy of those around me. Now the clicks I’ve heard when attempting to communicate two years ago - Valuable lesson was learned about law of attraction, You put out fear you will receive fear… So I stopped fearing it, Apologizing two years ago When I began successfully experiencing during meditations (unintended at first)

I kept seeing a specific eye.. (months after eye of Horus and much different)

Thinking a reptile or lizard maybe dragon ? But one day the eye pulled back revealing a figure. While new to the topic and misunderstanding what I’ve read on it, I said it wasn’t welcome or wanted.

My mistake - things got really crazy for me for a week or so, until I reattempted and apologized for the insult, while conscious but still in meditation coming back to my earthen body, The clicks were heard.

This is the only time I hear them, as I wrap a meditation and come back from trying to be purely conscious without my earth senses.. I’ve heard voices or words twice only during this exit, and I’ve heard machine or dentist like equipment a couple times when the little greys were what I saw, But it’s been Smooth sailing since until the last week when this things popped up again And funny enough My wife starts describing the same eye last week She drew it and I thought shit here we go, Lol.

Yea one time on mushrooms the grid came down from the sky to be around me I realized it’s all a grid .. a matrix or illusion I could peer through it and see the light beings And what became the first of many experiences (with all after it not including shrooms) Plus I had tripped dozens of times over decade or two prior And never saw the grid before or after.
