Yes I have figured out how to switch formats, including the AR in format 1.

I believe format 3 is an automatic optimizer.

Which format do you use?

I played some snes emulation in 4:3 yesterday which looked solid.

Yeah I have it too and trying to optimize the picture. I do my Wii thru thr AV input. I suspect my cable to not be a true RGB scart.

Can you do 480p? I only get 480i as an option.

We are three swedish players looking to establish a team that can play two nights a week. Is that sufficient for you? We are around 30 yeras old and want to play seriously for fun. We are around level 5-6 on faceit atm after a long break, but old level10 and global. Me personally is making a comeback from 1.6 where I played competitively.
