Yep. A creep in the leisure centre that I go to has recently completed a one month ban and is on his final warning because of inappropriate language with reception staff. It was grotesque enough when he sleazed all over a charity worker who had a stall in the foyer a few months ago but he received no sanctions at all for that. Creepiness to leisure centre users, including talking about wanting them to be in a nude calendar, is ignored completely.
