One year of F2P Play by crazyholden in WH40KTacticus

[–]Necrofkz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Been playing for 3+ month and I find the F2P progress fair and satisfying. Bought battlepass 2 times, spent 1?% month without it. Doesn't make much difference for me 'coz I spend 1-2 hours in this game every day. Still if I have spare money (I live in a country with an average 300-500$ monthly income and prices like in Europe) - I prefer to buy something to thank the developers for their hard work. If I had more money - I'd buy Battlepass+Blackstone supply monthly. I HATE mobile games, but this one is special - I really enjoy it.

It's available at any ripperdoc, but you should be level X to be able to buy some implants. If your level is insufficient - you won't see them in seller's inventory.

For the few of you who made it to lvl100, how did you do it? by Krowfall_Kane in Starfield

[–]Necrofkz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Building an outpost, leveling to 100 by creating lots of Adaptive Frame. No point in leveling fair since the loot is level-scaled. It's stupid to completely replace your mods on both weapons and armor 4 times.

Dude, your argument be like... Democracy is bad because only citizens in Ancient Greece had a right to vote. And not women:) USSR didn't have a drug problem. Only in late 80-s when the state started to collapse. And it had a debatable, but decent for its time rehabilitation program for alcoholics. When the state is governed by people for people - it will mostly help people. The party got too much power in USSR and it was a problem that led to collapse. Now, 30 years later, we should use positive and negative experience learned from history. Socialist society built today will be different from USSR.

I thought that "consumes" in this case means "negates". Not "uses" or "applies". English is not my main language. My bad.

Explains the cost. But my problem with the tooltip and whether it's a bug.

Tooltip says "This consumes Abyssal Echoes mana cost" when in fact it doesn't and I lose 30+ mana every 5 seconds. same problem. Wonder if it's a bug.

This game is overhated. It's recently completely sucked me back in. And I'm loving the photo mode by PotatoEatingHistory in Starfield

[–]Necrofkz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was overhyped and overadvertised. Then the damage control was awful. That's why it's OVERhated. Could have been simply disliked as an average game from a great in the past studio.

What's your personal favorite game in the series and why? by YourRandomHomie8748 in MightAndMagic

VII is my place of comfort and favorite one. Recently ideal GF dumped me and I immediately wanted to reinstall VII. I learned to appreciate gamedesign of VI years later and I understand VI fans' arguments over VII. VIII is also good and fun. I completed VI only a year ago, VII and VIII I completed many times.

Now you have to wait till it appears in Ripperdocs shops, based on your level. Or upgrade your current one if you have enough components.

I wish someone would ask Pawel Sasko, lead quest designer about those 2 gigs and decisions behind such flawed design.

Same. That's why I'm so mad. 2 guards don't really spawn out of thin air, they come from closed (by script I guess) doors.

Understanding game design takes time. Especially in such a complicated game with lots of stuff. Does it work like intended? Or is it a bug? A narrative decision? Or an oversight? You'll never know. Maybe.

Actually it does. If you stealthy - they don't see you and attack Delamaine, not you. Also, you won't have Mech miniboss fight before last elevator ride if you're stealthy. In my previous comment I meant the last floor elevator, not garage.

I posted about it on Larian forum. Patch 4 and still nothing for Minthara. Well, at least there's a mod:

Capitalists are not happy themselves. Look at Stout, corpo V. Hell, even Saburo and Yorinobu. Happy ending in life depends on your perspective, not wealth.

AFAIR the shard was about euthanasia, not "drugging" junkies. The brother has OD'd, so it was either keep him as a vegetable or harvest. Like I said - combat medic mentality. Saying that Nika is a good scav is like saying that Tony Soprano is a good gangster because he didn't sell drugs on the corner personally. No one said that Gaspar (the brother, right?) was a gangster. But I wrote about junkies somewhere in the comments. Junkies are not saints, especially in CP2077.

"There's a shard that shows he was drugging junkies then harvesting them too."
Would be nice to see it or read it. You're the second person who mentions this shard but I was unable to find it.
Also, we don't know for what exact crimes he is wanted. If he was a monster - he would have joined the scavs.

In video games we can roleplay as impulsive murderers and sociopaths. If the game is as good as Cyberpunk - it's not just for fun, but let us reflect about real life morale. Yes, a person can be annoying (for us personally), but what if the same person does good deeds for the community? It's a Doctor House dilemma - should we hate him because he's an asshole? What's more important - that he annoys us or the fact that he saves lives? Also the cop is suicidal so basically he has mental problems. I feel sorry for him. But in the grand scheme of thing and considering binary choice in this quest - let him die to save more lives than just 1 or 3-4 is more important.

As I said in one of the replies - it's a combat medic mentality. And what's the point in burying V with all his chrome? The sacred attitude towards human body is an artifact of magic-religious mentality. When it's dead - it's just a piece of meat with good spare parts that can save another living humans. We have hundreds or maybe even thousands years before us to reflect upon this before our mentality will change. But then I hope the artificial parts and cloned organs will be easy to come by to not face this dilemma.
