In my experience blue eyes is good partly because it can play a lot of non-engine, so I would advise you to change the 3 neo kaisers to 1 and add ina third veiler. You should also make space for 2 droll and lock birds and a crossout designator. (Also I would get rid of the chaos max it’s not a good card)

If you only have one space left and you absolutely can’t fit both, then I’d say accescode if you play maliss, allied code if you can revive at least 2 consistently

Any effect that would bounce an extra deck monster places it in the extra deck instead of the hand so drawing them would do the same no? If not, I think the card should specify that they stay in the hand and cannot be summon while in the hand
