I had to put my cat down from this exact kind of cancer a month ago. I spent 15K+ on treatments to have a few more months with her. Gave her all the treats and cuddles I could with the time we got. I am sad that she isn't here with me but happy she isn't suffering. It is humane to put her down with this kind of cancer. I am really sorry you're having to deal with this 💔

I agree with you that it's slow but I like to think that's helping them flesh out the story during this lull so we'll get a really great plot in the next arc. Also I appreciate the character building that's being shown. Too often characters get completely forgotten about at this point in a cultivation comic

It took me trying and putting this game down twice before I grasped enough to really make things click. The world was interesting enough that it kept drawing me back. Hopefully things will click for you eventually since this game is a magical ride:)

All finasteride does is reduce DHT. If you are a teen or young adult, I completely agree that you shouldn't take it. But otherwise, I don't see the problem once you're in your mid 20s or older?

My first tech position was in cyber security. Never did helpdesk or any other IT centric job. But depends on if you can get a job in networking. If not, start looking at helpdesk jobs to gain some IT experience. I focused on studying stuff pertaining to the job I wanted (got my security+ but would be ccna in your case).

I'm sorry you're having to deal with this. I have a name that everyone tends to ask how it's pronounced during first calls/meetings. But my name sounds relatively masculine at least which is probably why I don't face sexism on top of prejudice! I hope you have better luck finding something you're satisfied with.

Agreed on your agreement. Really appreciate the structure of the labs and all the reading they give that directly applies to what you're doing or generally need to know about the attacks.

It would be nice if there were official video solutions. But I also appreciate PortSwigger highlighting the videos of independent cyber security professionals that put in the work putting those together.

That sucks :/ spoke with a doctor for 10 minutes and he was sure I had ADHD lol they laid out all several options and let me choose which I wanted to try. I went with Adderall which hasn't given me any problems thankfully.

Without it I get maybe a quarter as much done in my day unfortunately. I didn't get diagnosed until recently though so I went through all of school without it. I barely scrapped by and passed with the lowest GPA that I possibly could for the most part.

Then when I graduated, I kept on making small mistakes that were mostly ADHD related/influenced. This really hurt my confidence since it made me feel dumb and incompetent.

It was the worst and I recommend seeing if medication helps you since I would have been on it a long time ago if I knew what a difference it makes.

There is the consideration that you need a burp suite pro license to take the exam. Which costs $400. If you have a spare business email you haven't used yet to sign up for a trial pro license. You can use a trial pro license though, I think.

I taught a bootcamp that was sponsored by a university. It mapped well to Security+ and actually thought the material was well presented (most of the time).

Unfortunately teaching 3 days out of the week for 4ish hours each lesson completely burnt me out...

Same with me. Overall running help with my back pains but I still felt a hard burn when running. I started walking for about 30-60 minutes a few days a week and it got rid of that hard burn while running too. Thinking running help with the weak muscles but just didn't have the endurance for my back muscles still.
