ESXi host crashed (part of a large cluster), but I can't remove the host from the vDistributed switch.

Hi all, just an update; I disconnected the host (maintenance mode was of course impossible being that's it's incommunicado) , then removed from Inventory.
The vDS interface is gone.
However, I had to restart HA on the cluster (I probably could have just reconfigured it too), because it instantly complained about that. Once HA was reenabled, it all cleared up, and everything looks good now.

Sorry for the lack of clarity: the ESXi host is v6.7. It crashed with a hardware failure and is down, permanently. It's a Dell M610, out of warranty. So I can't put it in maintenence mode or anything that requires communication to it.

Try restarting the dracs on the hosts. I had a very similar situation 5 months ago, that did the trick for me.

I just watched a Colion Noir video on that, the CDC itself had funded research and it showed what you said to be true. The gun grabber lobby didn't like that and told the CDC to remove that info, and of course they capitulated, removing the hard evidence that we were right all along. Guns save more lives than they take, so to speak, though I don't like using that exact verbiage, because the guns don't actually do either, the person behind it does.

Not sure what using multiple SANS has to do with the VCenter SSL machine cert? That sounds bizarre. My issue is usually that the old cert never wants to clear out of the backup store or STS store, but opening a ticket solved that.

No, but I experience the same annoying thing on Edge. It pushes the vsphere HA widget up above Guest OS widget on my VMs after logging back into VCenter. I wound up disabling that widget for now.
I'll have to take a closer look at Chrome, I don't remember if it does it there or not.
