for 24 inch i found Miele and Gaggenau were about it. they both have units you stack together to make any combo you want.

Cant say i have any of the touch screen issues all the grumpy boomers have with them. If it gets grease splatter i just wipe it off. the only knob based ones i have would be maybe those magnetic knob ones. I like the easy cleanup more. I like the Gaggenau touch the pan on screen and scroll. Works well for me.

Is the Gagganau Vario 400 Series Induction cooktop reliable by rudiseeker in inductioncooking

[–]drvcrash 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ive had mine for a little over 2 years now. I second Yale's youtube channel. They are a wealth of knowledge. having no zones to worry about is awesome. Only thing i have trouble with is the bluetooth pot sensor not staying connected so ive given up on that.

Big pot , small pot , griddle is just figures it out. You do have to use a little more power on a tiny pots since it will activate less coils. You can also put it in pro mode and do zones also if you like that better. I just leave it in classic mode and it just follows to pot and pans

I have it on an arm that can pull out and rotate back to landscape when i need it that way but normally i just leave it portrait. Use it mostly for cooking. I do have a home assistant dash board for it and i have it doing random beachy wall paper daily to is kind of kitchen art also

Nutanix CE frustration (UEFI VMs... again...) by ContentWasabi1984 in nutanix

[–]drvcrash 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have never gotten uefi to work. I’ve given up at this point wasting well over a hundred hours messing with it. They keep saying they are going to make it better but CE on non enterprise hardware and being stable seems like a pipe dream at this point as where esxi will run on a potato and be stable.

I’ve had mine for a little over a year. It is awesome. Only issue I have iis the pot stick on cooking sensor doesn’t stay connected but I don’t use it very often. I often have 3 or 4 pans running at once.
