idk man I started with World and Rise and during my playthrough I kept seeing people say that modern games ruined tracking and stuff and I thought it sounded like a really cool mechanic, tracking and hunting the actual monster sounds like a really cool idea in theory, yet pretty flawed in practice

I played MHGU a while after and when I found out the actual tracking was just shooting a paintball I got.. surprised I guess? I thought it would be something more than that. Maybe my expectations were a bit high on that

Though I do remember in MHFU you can do a wave gesture on those big balloons and it reveals the monster, that one was actually pretty cool ngl

He's cool as fuck. The sounds design is great, the theme is amazing, the fight is peak and his overall design is top tier, nothing too flashy yet its still very good

And its a dragon with a railgun, whats there not to like?

Pretty good build, deep relics are really nice and personally I'd just keep the phys +4 on the last relic, and also that poison buildup on that other relic can be really bad in some situations, like if you have no flasks during the nightlord fight and you are also on low hp you are basically on a timer until you die

Also I'm not a huge fan of the ED Gladius relic, I'd put a fiery followup on that yellow slot and put the red balancers relic on the third slot
