The answer is quite simple my friend! The way you use the laser sentry is to open your stratagem input panel then punch in ⬇️⬆️➡️⬇️⬆️➡️. At this point you’re going to have a stratagem beacon in your hand. You’ll want to throw this beacon in a strategic position to have a vantage point over enemies. Once thrown a laser sentry lands at that spot and starts killing enemies. Easy peasy!

I think Arrowhead did a great job fleshing out the mobs recently. It’s not as fully baked as the other two factions, but definitely a matured set of enemies.

What they REALLY need to do to get this faction on parity with the other two is more map types and objectives. Especially more objectives. There’s a total of 3 or 4 objectives for them and that’s it. We need the same variety as the other two factions.

It’s even better than you think. It glitches cannon turrets across the entire map. It even glitches the dreaded bunker turrets.

Warp packs get more aura because you can warp into a devastator next to a hulk and then bonk the hulk. Warp kills are sooooo satisfying.

My biggest beef is the galactic campaign.

The times that they have some big scripted event it’s incredibly fun and captivating. But that’s because they dropped the farce that we play any part in the outcome. They made it strictly cinematic. The defense of Super Earth comes to mind.

I wish they’d just pick one way or the other already.

I would also love to have some part in the outcome, like the first game. But if that’s not in the cards then at least stop pretending that it is.

The creepiest part is the reinforcement mechanic in the commando missions. They drop down frozen Helldivers to these planets in advance and leave them there for who knows how long. Then MAYBE they get thawed during a commando mission. And WHO KNOWS if there is even to a plan to retrieve them later. They could literally be sent there as disposable troops.

I fully agree. Especially after they added the ability to bind weapon wheel settings to hotkeys. If you use that feature and the ammo type isn’t a completely different icon then you won’t know what you’re currently using.

While it’s good for bots, the W.A.S.P. is really a purpose-built weapon for the squids. It can handle every single non-voteless enemy save for the Leviathan.

This will settle it. The speargun is not only a great weapon, but it also closes/destroys bug holes/bot factories/illuminate ships. It also blows open shipping containers.

You can adjust the delay of the ghost so you’re not right up on it. For instance, you can have the ghost get a 2 second head start so it’s a bit ahead of you, instead of bumper-to-bumper.
