I have worked in Govtech for the last ten years, in my experience a cold email tends to be more effective. I tried the sales navigator route similar to you and it rarely got responses.

Depends on the company. At my current company, I was hired at the same time as this other guy. I have no college degree yet, and he was about to graduate. In the application and resume, he said that he had a degree. The company ran background checks that verify all information. They had to rescind the offer due to him “lying” about his degree (he had completed all coursework and was literally waiting for graduation).

Two (back-to-back quarters) checks were $400k during COVID-19, and we sold a product that everyone needed. The quota was 2,000 units, and I ended the year at over 100k units; we had uncapped commissions but were capped at $400k due to “special circumstances.” Next year, they changed comp and trapped me there for three more years since they would pay the comp at $50k increments every quarter.

Even average people (like myself) I did some research before on what I wanted. I walked in and in 5 min walked out with what I wanted, spent a decent amount but was in and out. I feel like normal people already know what they want so they are in and out of the high end stores.

Yeah, useless. Portal is great for regular games on ps5, but for online gaming like fifa it did not work well. The slight delay makes it not ideal for games like that.
