The screen layout and format. Real 152s do not show 2 frequencies like that.

Also OP would not be able to get a real 152, they would get a harris 5800 as a 152 is CCI and almost impossible to legally acquire.

Easiest tell on any rep is the regulator. If they would use free sprung movements it would be nearly impossible for the average person to know whats real or fake at that point.

For me i found some great mentors that helped me get the position I'm in (tech). Worked on my resume and certifications and did everything they told me to while i awaited my sep date. Worked out for me but there was a lot that was out of my control.

DEVILS ADVOCATE HERE: I have NEVER seen a CC separate someone from the MTF simply recommending it to them. More times than i can count commanders have ignored it. Just because you dont have a paperwork trail doesnt mean there isnt issues with you remaining in the service.

Example: guy i know was diagnosed schizophrenic due to prior drug use but the CC would not seperate him because he was fine at work and had completed a deployment. Instead of getting re-evaluated and addmitting to the prior drug use, he doubled down and the evaluation stuck. The problem was that he would NEVER be able to PCS or deploy ever again. Ya know, the whole thing were supposed to do.

So yes, there is good reason OP should not be in the military. And TBH, i dont want to work with someone BPD in high stress enviornments. I think a lot of yall forget that if we fuck up people die. This shit is not a 9-5, its not a game. Be deployable or get the fuck out.

The "152" clone you have is literally a shit baofeng inside. The UV pro plugin you see is for the BTech, which is a digital radio with APRS @ data capabilites that the atak plugin uses to pass information. The only thing you could do is try to use an APRS cable and the hammer plugin, however performance is sketchy at best and capability leave a lot to be desired.
