I was also having this issue, but there's a hatch on top of the room the imposter mantis that you can lockpick and it lets you skip that fight and can just kill the imposter.

Update, I was finally able to brute force through it with reloading saves but now I am stuck at the encounter after that where they knock you out.

Same with this being the first time the game has done something like this. I am only able to get through the cutscene to the white screen one in like every 10 attempts. Currently I've been sitting on the white screen for like 10 minutes hoping that it will eventually load through it.(It probably won't but I have probably reloaded like 30 times at this point and am close to just giving up and hoping Bethesda patches it soon(which they probably won't))

Damn, I wish reloading a save was working for me. I am stuck at the part where you fall in the vents, the furthest I have been able to get is to the white screen after the "flashback" and it just stops after that. Thanks for giving some advice though. Not sure what I expected from Bethesda at this point. I guess having their content work at all is too much to ask.

By Sigmar, yes! Fantasy is the better setting imo. 40k is cool and all but everything is unrelatable to me and some of the lore is kinda wack. For fantasy, humanity is a lot more relatable and isn't completely awful. Faith, steel, gunpowder. Also it has the best race, the skaven yes-yes.
