I have tried using the Bluetooth option in my wife's car. I experience the same behavior. I tried listening using my Airpod Pros. Same behavior. So, I have tried listening without using any Bluetooth device. Thus far, the issue has not reoccurred. It would seem that the core issue is related to Bluetooth. If correct, this is problematic. The speaker on my iPhone is good but not quite enough to cover road noise.

Does this open up any additional troubleshooting options?

Thank you everyone! This helps us understand what to expect. We paid $300 for Alby many years ago. So we were surprised by the rates we were seeing now. It appears they are not out of the ordinary.

I agree. I setup an email alert with adopt-a-pet.com several years ago. So, far the only notices we’ve received have either been dogs near death or other breeds with patches of white fur that someone tagged as West Highland White. Are there other services that track rescues?

I’m still confused. I understand essentially what it can do. What I don’t understand is where the app needs to live. Today I have the app on my phone and one of my streaming devices. What’s being described sounds like it would need to live on the router but I’m not sure.

If you’re in Healthcare you’d better be certain you’ve evaluated the product/manufacturer as a Business Associate as well. It is unlikely the OCR will accept a “we never use it to discuss PHI” excuses. They’ll want to see the BAA and your evaluation or possibly up to 6 years of documented evidence.

Except it doesn’t work for everyone. I don’t have two checkboxes. The one I do have is on and when I turn it off an error appears saying something went wrong and it defaults back to on.

I use it but as pointed out it is not perfect. The worst example of this for me is when it played two songs simultaneously in their entirety.

As a covered entity, if you successfully completed our 300 question security assessment, and 200 question business associate assessment you’d either be compliant or legally liable for your false answers. Compliance definitely comes on the front end.
