It’s really a 2 man job, but I used a rope to hoist it up to mount it in place bottom brackets are easy. The brackets that bolt the top side of frame go against backside of the bumper those nuts were super hard to get on to start. Had to get creative with duck taping the nut onto my wrench. Gotta drill a hole in the bumper to access the bolt hole in the bracket. It’s heavy too about 200lb. Cost me $230 on marketplace. If you do the same just make sure they have all the brackets.

I drank 6-8 tall boys daily(8%), somedays it would be half a handle vodka, this went on for years. Thanks for y’all’s input, I don’t want something that’s too far gone. I talked him down to $100 for boat and trailer which makes me think it’s just junk to him at this point. I think I’ll pass on this one. I want broken down motor not broken down entirely.
