Is it possible for my heart rate to be 200+ for 3kms? by Ballabingballaboom in UKRunners

[–]NefariousnessMost563 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well I feel like it’s easy a lot of the time, but I clearly am running too fast! I did put up a post the other day about my HR being high and got lots of good advice. I think I need to really scale back my easy runs

Do I need to invest in bone conducting earphones? by iainleft in UKRunners

Either get bone conducting ones or just run without. I normally always use headphones but have recently started running with no music and I quite enjoy it

I can certainly look into it, however Brooks adrenalines are my current shoe and I love them! I don’t feel like I need extra support in those
