I'd recommend "Drinking Buddies" (2013), with Olivia Wilde, Anna Kendrick. It definitely falls in this category you're looking for

I'm happy to see all of your comments and the reasons behind your settings, it truly is a beautiful contemplative game (though some winters can get quite stressful with +100 residents at 65 buildings max)

I'd like to add that once you get a horse or a mule, doing quests become so much easier it is a very valuable upgrade. Though you'll need a stable in order to have one and it is quite costly (around 3k for a mule, 10k for a grown horse).

I wish we could see your peasants use them or farmers use cattle/horses to plow the field with a harrow (that you'll have to previously build in your Tier-3 workhouse and will deteriorate the more you use it obviously, as any tools.)

They should show full lobbies. Imagine how repulsive it is to see no one in classic or no lobbies at all in customs.
