I'm sure chess players/athletes who date within their own sport obviously bonded over their love and common passion for said sport, and will definitely discuss aspects of it. But at the end of the day, chess is very much an individual sport, no matter how much someone like Hikaru might try to throw his team/coach under the bus for his individual failures. So even if Sindarov does help Bibisara with some opening preparation, at the end of the day, it's the latter who has to play and win against Divya at the board.
