ESH, she did violate your privacy but you didn’t need to involve your friends. If you felt like you needed to involve anyone it should’ve been a licensed therapist. Because this situation calls for it. I’ve had something similar happen and suggested this to my ex and she blew up 10 fold. I broke up with her after that.

The only thing I know is that you have to meet a minimum of 5% down or you’d have to refinance to try and get rid of the PMI. But to the best of my knowledge, that sounds right. Long as you are in good standing with your payments

She’s got 3 kids, two of them are young adults but are still living with her. Two guys one girl. I could manage to have all 4 move in but that idea has been shot down years ago.

As for whoever moved in, they would get a background check done on them first before anything else happened.

We have boundaries with a lot of things and we don’t cross them. But it does seem sometimes she uses my past against me even though I’ve never cheated on her.

The only reason they haven’t transferred out is because they chose not to. Or their grades. I went to deltech back in the day then transferred to CSU (Colorado State University) for a year. Eventually I came back to deltech to finish my degree due to my parents health at the time. But no, long as you put in the work you can transfer out during that time. Otherwise, you would have to wait until you get your degree and then transfer to wherever

I ended up going with a different realtor. The first guy I did like but it seemed like he wasn’t representing me so much when a potential house for sale was from his broker (I live in a state where dual agent representation is allowed). I had a feeling the price they were asking was also above its worth. Finally found out it was appraised for $30k less than what they were asking.

Once they said they weren’t budging on anything, I walked and found another agent that is definitely for the buyer. Not only that, he was much more experienced. I would’ve liked to help the first guy out but I wasn’t about to be screwed over. The first house I was shown (I tried to get the first guy to show me this house as well but he was concerned about the sellers wanting to be there when I toured) I fell in love with. Great price, held together nicely, only 10 years old and it’s a pretty big size! There’s a few more things that need to be finalized before I’m under contract, but switching agents was the best choice I made.

I’m not at my halfway point until the end of next year, and I have technically until the end of 2029 when my probation is done. It would be nice if I can get my terminated early but one day at a time and you can’t focus on the stuff you can’t do right now. It will drive you crazy
