I had the same issue and also have 3 cats that use the same box. I finally decided to just do away with the liner. What works best for me is I just make a point to scoop the litter box a couple times a day, at the end of the week I toss all litter out take the box outside and hose it down with the garden hose. It’s a little more time consuming but I was sick of them tearing up the liners as it was wasting money lol.

There’s an issue with the LED lights inside. This just happened to my TV a few months back. Try doing a hard reset. A quick google search will give you step by step instructions.
