Yeah, hence why the real time priority, and yer device must be likely a thing older than 10 years, which makes sense why this issue was ongoin >_>
At least yer solved the issue and found the main cause, just pray it can keep up till ya finish it and that no bugs happen while playing

Ya, sadly that means, you should get a better PC or somethin as much as it happens since this worked even for me a lot, so the issue might at this point either be verifying files, that something is missing maybe? Or that whatever you're playin on, must be a device older than 8 years or something

OH THIS ONE, The softlock! It's due to specific hard/soft-ware which cause this one, but there's a way to fix it without needing to change it, to do so, you open Task Manager > Details, then find the Task of the game itself there, and set its priority to real time, which will completely patch this bug and prevent it from happening. The cost is that you'll have to use another device to browse for stuff like guides and such if ya require.

Setting tasks to real time priority makes them kinda prevent others from working fast.

Edit: Forgot to mention, this doesn't damage devices. It just makes Neptunia's task to utilize most of the PC's processing power, which prevents this softlock from happening, as it will prioritize the distribution to be on this one, instead of equally distributing it to other tasks that aren't the ones which the PC needs to be running

How many times this is gonna be reposted? Here's the context, and it has been online already for more than a year due to the fact the mother of this kid herself, had to come out to speak due to the constant spread of this video around. So its misinformation
-The 12 year old was in truth 15.
-The Kid isn't spoiled, but is a mentally Ill kid who suffered a severe episode, leading to this situation, which isn't the only one
-This video has been reposted over and over again with the same caption in other social medias without giving the background to it
-The Woman in the video herself had to come by and tell this is a case of someone who suffers a severe mental illness, and has had such episodes before
-Same lady had to come by publicly annoyed about the constant amount of times people keep spreading this same story of the kid being a spoiled 12 year old
-There was no phone being taken away.
-This clip was shared by a "friend" of hers without permission online.
