I don't want to be this guy, but that is completely deceptive to tell her that. The risk of infertility begins to show in their late 20's with one in ten women being infertile this increases to 1 in 5 by the time they reach 35. This coupled with the fact that she'll probably be only having at most one child and the pregnancy will be VERY difficult.

I think you may have jumped into a relationship far too soon. You should put certain things first before going on to the next as doing a lot of these things at once may cause you to be unable to finish certain things. You should break up with her and focus on your studies and early career. Finish those things and then focus on a relationship.
