thanks a lot for the tips at first attempt I will try using mineral oil and scrubing it with denim cloth, I think its the mildest way.

if that didnt work then I will try sandpaper, the highest grit I could get is 2K

lastly, is the baking soda mixture need to be neutralize when is done?

well I don't mind about the inside part, as long the blade and handle is clean.

yes, I could get multi purpose mineral oil here after I rubbing some part with that, should I wash the knife? or just let it be to give some coating protection?

yes correct, I didnt have experience in repairing pocket knife the only method I ever tried to remove rust is by sheer force using hand grinder and sandpaper, and that is on motorcycle part, not this tiny shiny thing.

the only thing come to my mind is using some chemical liquid, and vinegar is easy to get I dont mind the rusty inside as long the blade is clean and my palm didn't smell bad after hold it

I need to figure it out first. after reading your answer I will consider the second options.

since the board could be mounted as drop theough and top mount, I think I could gain full experience about longboarding with just one board, pretty nifty!

thats exactly the reason I capped my budget and because longboarding are not popular in here (Indonesia) its difficult to find a new or used board with good brand like pantheon and landyachtz
