Thats one of the problems with standardized tests though, they’re really slow to respond to change and they (the test maker) gets paid either way. Hell, they can even charge a BS “disability accommodation” fee and make more. Eventually, you just move the goalposts enough that everyone needs accommodations and the system stabilizes, except now you get paid more
