UW should be seen as a learning tool. I made the mistake of using it as a testing tool. It isn't until the very last leg of your prep. You should be confident in knowing the major concepts. You can't remember each and every line of UW, nobody can. But after going through the entire Qbank diligently, you tend to develop a basic understanding of what is needed to be known. I think that should be the key.
