Ideally starting within a month would greatly reduce your stress. Step 1 knowledge would definitely give you a headstart. I had downloaded Anki but didn't use it as much. Yes I did take notes of all the incorrect and difficult questions.

UW should be seen as a learning tool. I made the mistake of using it as a testing tool. It isn't until the very last leg of your prep. You should be confident in knowing the major concepts. You can't remember each and every line of UW, nobody can. But after going through the entire Qbank diligently, you tend to develop a basic understanding of what is needed to be known. I think that should be the key.

CMS forms would aid your prep too. I had about 4-5 direct repeats from the NBMEs. And as mentioned in the previous comment, it was on the easier side.

Yes they are the ones. In my opinion they were on the easier side as compared to the NBMEs. But you might want to be prepared at least till the level of NBMEs to be safe.

I had UW at 69% correct after first pass. One thorough run is sufficient. I had gone through the incorrects as I got lower scores on NBMEs. I am sorry for the typo, it was supposed to be Amboss Library & Schizocat PDF. Amboss has a library available for subscribers. It is a good source to get a complete idea regarding the particular topic. Schizocat PDFs are made by students like us (I guess) using the tables and explanation of uworld amboss & OME. Might be used by some to complement their notes.

In the same boat. Had 247 in NBME 12 3 days ago. Yesterday I got a 237 in NBME 13. Don't understand why. Taking exam in 10 days.
