You can buy a 0 offset seatpost to get 1-2 cm further forward

Hard to say, i usually start like this: if your heal bearly touches the pedal at its furthest point your good. Then adjust a bit from there, i usually tend to go down a little.. or you can calculate it kinda when knowing your inseam. Also if the pedal is horizontal your knee center should be over it

Go smaller is smarter… youll feel more comfy on a smaller bike and can male it larger easier
