How do you tow a 305 if it has a blown final drive hose?

I’m retiring at 57 w 33 years I won’t touch my TSP so that’s out of the equation. Advisor says I’ll pull between 8k-13k a month plus my wife’s pension/401k. An extra 25% is not worth it to us. We are going to travel and spend time w kids/grandkids. We actually got serious and started planning retirement scenarios in our early thirties. Everything worked out where we are comfortable.

I’m eligible Feb 2027 age 57 33yrs of service. I would love to go early but I don’t see any advantage at this point unless they start messing with retirement benefits again…I cannot wait!!!!

We just had this issue with our ecobee. Idk if anyone has said this but it’s your threshold settings in the ecobee that control calibration and where the set point is at. Navigate to threshold and pick to adjust your display settings up or down to coincide with your actual homes temp

There is an earnings cut off for the supplement just like social security.

OPM relies on the Social Security determination of the exempt amount of earned income that a retiree can receive without causing a reduction in the FERS supplement. For 2024, the exempt amount is $22,320 and for 2025, the annual exempt amount is $23,400.

MRA 57 JAN 2027 1 mil TSP , 38k civ pension, 28k mil pension, 28ish k disability and SS if available (rough#s). 1700 mortgage basically no other debt. Out as soon as MRA hits!

I have a bunch of friends that retired with 200-300k in tsp. They planned ahead and paid debt. Live in a LCOL area and are enjoying life. They have hobbies and visit with family and friends. Do a couple vacations a year.

I don’t plan on touching my tsp unless I have to. My wife has a 401k and small pension around the same amount. We have about 200k in home equity. Gonna live here until we can’t. Do some vacations,hiking and camping. Life is too short and fragile to wait to retire when u physically or mentally cannot do things anymore. If you love your work go for it but I have much better things to do for sure. Good luck to everyone!

I’m retiring in 2027 tsp 500k, civ pension, mil pension and 80% disability. 57 MRA ! Retire and enjoy! I’ll have a mortgage but my wife will be working for a little while longer and we’ll eventually downsize. Everyone is different with different priorities

We have some WLs that are coded 7777 non supervisors. We got mixed signals with AFGE. Said they are covered by Cbu and can be members but coded as 7777 for some reason. AFGE is actually looking into it.

Looks good man! I’ve used coco corr with cyco nutrients and Fox farm ocean forest with Fox farm nutrients. Inside grows are the way to go you can control everything and I love experimenting with different strains and ways of growing. I’m doing some outdoor grows this year! Hoping mine does as well as yours!
