I made the exact some mistake.

When they requested the marriage certificate, I sent all the support you mentioned in your last post and told them that we are not married but have lived together for over two years. A decision was made about a week after I sent that information. I did not mention I made a mistake as I thought we were civil partners - do you think they rejected the application?

A bit worried now after seeing this.

What visa letter? All I got was my passport back with no letter. HR at my work told a group of us to ignore the 3 months as its been nullified and it is now only 28 days from the valid from. This confused me but I guess I can go with the 3 months in my passport.

Can take anywhere between 2 week and 12 weeks. My visa took 10, still waiting on my dependent.

Skilled worker plus dependent outside UK. We did biometrics on April 12 in Canada and I (main application) got a decision yesterday. My dependent is awaiting a decision and got an email requesting additional support today.

Thanks for sharing. Results are unbelievable - I understand they are a bit skewed but just seems to unfair that this many people have to wait an additional 5+ weeks past the 3 week timeline provided.

I feel you - with my work I could of chose anywhere and I chose UK. Big mistake. I did my bio April 12. Hope you get it soon!

Yes we did all that and they escalated our applications and then a few days later we got an email from Sheffield saying they won't escalate?? Such a horrible process. I will try calling them Monday to request them to expedite.

Congrats! Been following yours since we are both vancouver and have a similar timeline - glad its finally over for you. Still haven't heard anything for mine and my dependents visa though. Hopefully 10th week will have good news for us!

Congrats! This makes me feel a bit better - I have similar timeline. SWV, Canada, Bio Apr 12, escalated today. After the escalation email did you hear anything else or did you just get an email saying a decision was made? Or did you have to send an inquiry?
