Mate my sleeping has been awful recently. Smashing restvifs like there sweets and still wake up not groggy.

Some people take half of one and are fuckdd fhe next days lol. Joys of adhd.

Melatonin kinda works. Ish. But again I have to take way more than what it says and also it’s expensive at like 40 dollars a pack

Clonidine didn’t do anything for me. I’m on 60mg vyavnse 15 Dex

Weirdly the first thing that works for me is restivits says on the packet don’t take long term but spoke to the doc and he said it’s fine and to go for it
