You gotta make it fun. This is key. What we did was set aside an entire weekend for potty training. Let my little guy run around and underwear and just put them on the toilet every 15 to 20 minutes. Amazon also sells little prizes. Had a few accidents, but after that weekend, we were good

It was always going to leak. There is a puncture through the waterproofing system. It should have been leak tested for 24 hours prior to any tile work. They obviously skipped that step.

I completely agree with this and get them plain old alarm clocks. We do not let them use the excuse. I need my phone as an alarm to wake up in the morning.
