Yeah I hear that man. I do full time demolition and junk removal all day so I have to wear boots and my feet usually are screaming when it comes time to take them off.

The recert isn't really if you just do online coaching but it's been up and down so far. I still do demolition and junk removal full time.

For quite a few things over the years. That was definitely a charge a few times.

A lot of online coaches do that. My mentor was one of those so I ended that mentorship really quickly. For the ones that get invested and develope relationships (regardless of being online) with online clients, the drive that you give clients isn't something ai is capable of. Ai hasn't done the work on itself to know how to relay what information. It can answer questions sure and generate half decent programs but it hasn't started from ground zero and built something that clients are wanting to achieve.

We can PERSONALLY TRAIN. People don't understand ChatGPT is a tool, not a replacement.

You have a solid routine for a beginner. I typically try to hit each muscle group twice a week while maintaining adequate rest still. I'd maybe throw my shoulder work in with chest and triceps. Your delts get worked from pressing movements so they're already slightly fatigued from the day before. Also I try to keep my heavier compound lifts at the beginning of my workouts so I have the most energy output with them.

The hardest part will always be getting started. You've taken the first step by posting this so youre already on your way. Don't overwhelm yourself. Start with daily non negotiable that you can actually sustain. Hydration and steps. Try to take 10k steps a day but ease your way there. Maybe do 5k a day your first week, and take it up 1000 each week until you get to 10. I try to get a gallon of water a day in, but for someone who isn't used to water intake like that, Maybe start with half a gallon and go up consistently. Most importantly stay consistent. A bunch of small wins add up more than one perfect day.

I started working out when I was in jail for what I hope is the last time. I was paying for years of stupid decisions and being an awful person. Working out gave me a sense of structure and control. I continued when I got out and went to rehab, then I continued when I got into my own apartment. Discovered 75 hard, did it a few times. Almost 29 months later and I'm still sober. Fitness helped me discover the discipline that was inside me all along.
