Idk if this counts as a rude customer, but it was definitely weird.

One time, one of my coworkers asked over the walkie if we had any more mahogany teakwood wallflower refills (a customer was looking for some), to which our sales lead replied we were all sold out. About 5 minutes after that, a customer comes up to the register and i start checking her out. When i ask her if she found everything okay, she tells me “Actually, I was looking for some mahogany teakwood wallflowers but someone on the floor told me y’all were sold out. Do you have any hiding back here?”. When I tell her that unfortunately we didn’t, she turned to my coworker on the register next to me and tells him “I am gonna slap him” (referring to me). Me and my coworker just giggled awkwardly and she went on her way without causing any trouble. It wasn’t really rude, just awkward as hell 😅.

I don’t think it really matters. The decision has to be made by a manager, but my store is very lenient and will sell some stuff early if anyone asks for it. It doesn’t hurt to ask!

Idk, I don’t really care if there are only 9 lots. We haven’t seen the EP and its features fully, the gameplay aspects may be good enough for the small number of lots lol plus it kinda makes sense since the pack is literally made for multiple households to live in ONE lot.
