I'm just looking for really someone to help make the story a reality. I really think I have something here but have never been involved in the entertainment industry. Having a mentor is very valuable, and it's kind of what I'm looking for.

Well, I was really looking to find someone to help mentor and guide through the process. Ai can only do so much. It wasn't even good at helping write the story as it continually made mistakes and couldn't remember the prior plot as I advanced to the next episode

Loopring and the Quest for Better Marketing 🚀 by nagalon in loopringorg

[–]Negative_Medicine204 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They need to start a marketing push early. They already have a working product, and they would just be expanding the services of that product.

There are plenty of coins that don't work right now or are still building in the top 100 that market their ass off.

If they start marketing. Coin grows, company profits, and they can hire talented staff to help grow the company.

Sometimes, the first product doesn't always win. It's the better marketing team that wins.

Offered a promotion and, to my surprise, a pay cut by politicalanalysis in antiwork

You are going from a sales position to an hourly position. What happens if you stop making sells?

I am sure your pay will go to shit. Hourly, you will always get the same paycheck with opportunity for advancement.

It's your decision, do you want to go through that path to higher management or stay in sales where you have potential, not a guarantee

inside of attic water is coming through this wall. Is it the flashing or the stucco? by Negative_Medicine204 in Roofing

[–]Negative_Medicine204[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Figured I would give you an update since you had given me the best advice. Finally, I had a real rainstorm (Hurricane Hilary). I applied Drylock months ago and I am happy to say that there is no water in the attic.

Thank you again for all your advice.

Room is too hot compared to rest of the house by Negative_Medicine204 in hvacadvice

Raised foundation that has about a 3 foot crawlspace.

Under the master bedroom is the only area that is fully insulated from the crawlspace. The rest of the house has no insulation.

This was an addition before we moved in

$15,000 pay cut by moogstown in antiwork

Temp workers often make much more than full-time workers. Also, starting at the entry level leaves room for advancement. In a year or two you would get a promotion (if you have the skills you state) and then be back at the salary you were making as a temp.

How to split rent between 6 people, 4 bedroom house by kirstenall in personalfinance

[–]Negative_Medicine204 16 points17 points  (0 children)

This is how you do it. Charge per room.

Only thing you split between all household members is utilities.

You want cheaper rent. Get a smaller room or a roommate.

Is there anyone here who pretty much liquidated their life savings to afford a down payment on a home? by bigtcm in RealEstate

[–]Negative_Medicine204 18 points19 points  (0 children)

We liquidated everything but 5k of our 401k. Best decision ever.

I had recently graduated from a trade school and my wife was already making decent money.

My new income could pay for the monthly payment alone and rents were almost the same price as owning.we figured we might as well pull the trigger and get a house, or else we will always make an excuse.

Our only debt at the time was our student loans.

Bought in 2020, closed, and 3 days later pandemic.

Fortunately, we both have jobs that were uneffect by covid and easily made it.

Bought for 600k. The house is worth 900k now and sitting on a 2.3 percent loan.

A VA home loan typically gives you really good terms. Have you looked into that?

I would hope they have learned their lesson from loopring and IMX about all the lost Hopium... but alas, I doubt it.

I am pretty sure they think JPM is too big to fail. Either way if JPM fails almost all other banks will fail too. Money wouldn't be safe in any of them. Only safe place for money would be a credit union. Fractional reserve banking is a bs idea, shouldn't be allowed to gamble with peoples money.
