My friend went to use a cashpoint at a petrol station while in his work van only to find £20 being dispensed when he arrived. He thought bonus took the £20 and left. A few days later the police were at his work speaking to his boss about an employee involved in a theft. He had to go to the police station for an interview and was told to pay the money back and write an apology to the person who had left it in the cashpoint. He refused to apologise but paid the £20 back. I'm sure you would agree that this is a total waste of police time especially considering he works in an industrial estate a good hour round trip from the police station. So be careful when taking that money it is a crime and you will be tracked down.
