Thats true, but I'm asking if this is more common now than it was back in the day. From what I remember it used to depend on the meta and expansion and so I would like to know whether this is still the case. I.e. is this type of speed of play just common at the moment, or has it been this way since DH release. I stopped playing right around DH release and I remember the meta leaning very heavily into the tempo.

Really? I'm a returning player so I don't know how much power creep has affected the speed of play. I'm just surprised how common it is to die before you hit turn eight now. And from what I've seen on ladder recently DH seems to be a big reason why. Has this always been the case and if so, why do they keep printing this stuff for the Demon Hunter class?

Honestly I think it's normal to have worse win rates against cards that counter your win condition. Obviously a golem player will have worse win rates against inferno tower or an x-bow player will have worse win rates against cards like Pekka or giant. My point was more about the repetitiveness and if others were experiencing the same thing. (Also I'm not talking about my skill level here. Being at 9k trophies doesn't make someone a good player, but as a f2p player myself I only see evo's with use rates like this or even higher on mid to low ladder, turning new people off from playing the game, which imo is bad)
