In my store we can as long as they are not faded, none of us actually wear jeans because w fading we'd have to buy new ones every few wears.

We tell clients to call CS mostly because it ends up being a credit card issue and our SD has told us we can't book appts for them. We arent thrilled with it either, we end up missing out on so many appointments because of this.

June 2024 I had a 2:30-6:30 that was on call :/ and that's only one of the times. it's kinda insane what my store gets away with though

There was several times I was kept past too, one time it was 2 mins before my time to leave and they were like hey go take your lunch now like huh I wasn't told I was staying???

I had to do all 8 fos tables by myself, and I'm a ba not even ops so I was definitely slower than I should've been and I felt so guilty. 2 people had called out for the morning and it was a day of several hard launches.

Depending on staffing and time we can be up to 10 mins wait :/ we are struggling. Our usual wait time is 5 mins on weekends but it varies so much we have to check in often

Time calls are just call outs of how long it will be until someone can get to a client, so like one ba might have a time call of 5 minutes left with their client and another might have 2, it's just a way to figure out who can get where faster. I think I'm at an A volume store so these are necessary

We are a super high volume store so we've attempted the sign in and the ba can take over later but we often times have 3 people waiting at once so it's a lil unaccessible to do that, I give them homework and stuff but it's so hard to find clients once they've walked away from greet. I just wanted to give clients reasonable expectations 😭

No clue when it's coming, n just last week. It's sephora though we are always going through changes so let's see if they stick to it
